Q: How long does it take to implement Shopatron Automation with GammaDispatch?

A: GammaDispatch usually implements in 3-5 business days.


Q: What do I have to do on my end to use GammaDispatch service?

A: To take advantage of GammaDispatch you need to be able to generate flat Inventory Files that contain SKUs, Options, Prices and Stock Levels for your products.  You also need to be able to generate a similar Shipment File that contains Shipped Orders and  Tracking Numbers.  Lastly, you need to be able to import the Order Information generated by GammaDispatch into your internal ERP or POS system


Q: What are the file formats supported by GammaDispatch?

A: GammaDispatch supports variety of formats like TXT, CSV, XML.  Our implementation team will work with you to determine the best format suitable for your unique needs.


Q: How do I communicate my Inventory and Shipment information to GammaDispatch and how do I receive the Order Data?

A: Usually our Clients prefer to use FTP to drop off Inventory and Shipment Files and pick up Order Files.  However, we have many other options available…  Including dynamic feeds, where you have a feed of inventory and tracking data on your website and we provide the order feed from GammaDispatch.com.  Our implementation team will work with you to determine communication method best suitable for your needs.


Q: How much does it cost?

A: For a limited time, GammaDispatch setup fee is only $500. Your monthly fee is determined based on the number of products of your inventory and amount of Shopatron orders you get awarded through the system.  Please Request a Quote to get the an estimate of your costs.
